We were so busy running the hotel and restaurant and looking after clients we had not spent any time or effort promoting Fallowfields Country house hotel.  Being a unique but small and exclusive rural hotel and restaurant we cannot afford to waste money on expensive but ineffective marketing.  We need to get our message out to potential brides and grooms looking for the ideal wedding venue, and to people who can appreciate the joy of exquisite food, wine and fine dining, and to attract more visitors keen to experience our luxurious hotel and restaurant in the idyllic Oxfordshire countryside.

As a business we need to do the following:  Increase our hotel occupancy rates without having to lose money with last minute discounts and by paying the likes of Laterooms.  Ensure our superb wedding and conference venue accommodating  60 to 160 guests is booked throughout the season .  To encourage the local business community to use our corporate conference facilities and increasing mid week sales and profitability .  To increase restaurant sales at lunchtime and evenings, especially mid week.

We didn’t really get started with IRUN until late last year, in just 4 months the changes have been dramatic.  Our wedding bookings for this year are massively up, more than twice the total number of weddings booked last year, at that was by the end of January.  This is going to be a record year, thank you to all the team at IRUN
